Take a peek at our new page…

From today, some of you will start experiencing a slightly different page design when you visit the Category pages.

This is the new page design and over the next week we will gradually be increasing the number of people who see this page until it is the only version of the Category page you will see on the site.  We’re doing this cautiously to ensure your overall experience on the site isn’t affected.
No prizes for the first ones to see it – but we are very keen to hear your feedback on the new page when you do see it – please leave your feedback through the blog comments or directly through our feedback page.
We will tell you more about the exciting new design once it is fully visible to everyone!

  3. the new layout appears to be full screen 970 pixels, as the old layout was 750 pixels, so some users may have to move widow around to fit,
    the updated menu at top has moved location of link around so sign in is at top left, and mail is at right, that’s ok, some users may be confused for a bit, but it does appear more manageable,

    having list of top ten appears ok, could be useful per categories listed, may be misleading or exploitive,

  4. Why was a fraction of my answer given? Was it too long? Please explain, all knowing one.
    I refer to my last answer in media re the holocaust references becoming so often used recently.

  5. I have seen the new page but only the top part
    now and then.
    Just how many times will you be changing things over.
    I get use to one way then it is switched around
    just like last summer 2008

  6. “Smoke and Mirrors” – fix the DARNED TROLL problem and the OVER EXUBERANT VIGILANTE problem and bring back human moderators. That’s what needs improving.

  10. I have now noticed the new page.
    This takes effect only when I choose
    the category. Other than that its the page like last year.
    which is yahoo
    it could some getting use to or not
    however is it really necessary to have the answerers on the side.
